= Roulence: Tutorial 3/3 =

Note: The reason for me merging the character folder to to get the character in 1 single layer (before moving on to PS) is since I am using Photoshop version CS5, when you open the .psd it won't show up as it should be like in SAI, because CS5 (and previous versions) does not support clipping layers to a folder. You don't really have to merge it if you're using CS6 since the new version does allow and support layers clipped to a folder. Just thought I should explain this~

Finally the last part of the tutorial. First half is highlighting and the last half is my typical BG making.

However, if you have seen me drawing on livestream, you do notice I don't really use Photoshop much for BG; I normally just use SAI to do the whole thing except the texts, because I pretty much have to use PS for that (and some filters) =7=
Also you probably and should have noticed I changed the color of some texts (colorful), and the reason for that is I wanted some parts to be more standing out than the rest of the text, like the tools and layer modes changes --- basically same mean as highlighting

You do know that it's hard keep up with details and such on school text books, where everything reading texts are in black and must suffer for few hours to do highlighting of the major details and ideas. So I decided to give different colors for each of those "details" to make the reading bit more easier (..?) and yes unnecessarily colorful.

Also let me make an apology here about part 1: I mentioned I'll come back to the eyes to add more shine, but I forgot to take screenshot about it *shot* Though it's only a white oval that I added, I still lied anyway....sorry XD; (compare the screenshots of where I mention about adding texture on the folder versus the one that looks green-ish below the pink gradient pic. Look at the eyes and here you go, the extra shine I forgot to mention in the process =7= )
