AT with ~

had to pause after laying the basic colors for i had to work on school works and project .w.

originally there was no planning of drawing background but somehow the "+" cursor (from marquee tool |D) inspired me to do so, during the inking process...=w=
...of course i had different idea of the BG, but i refused to redo the character so hey~, i end up with this instead 8D

lineart was drawn with marker tool, with 0.8px & 80~90 opacity setting, which was really easy to color - i can mess up several times without noticing them 8D except the buildings were done in 0.8px, pencil tool -w-
for the building she's sitting (i couldn't think of anything than "hotel", due to the project that had fried my innocent brain |D) i did not bother to do any outline so i just slapped down the colors with no lineart : D

there's innumerable mistakes (super especially in composition XD) but please ignore TTwTT
