We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Kamikaze...
What really comes off a striking is the attention towards colour and shading. The build of warm colours both for the skin and dress is well implemented and way you have the tones fade into one another works well. It allows the design to feel subtle and not too strong on the eyes. This brush work is done especially well on the dress and gives it this real sense of realism and to achieve that through the use of perhaps three maybe four tones of colour is an impressive feat.
Keep it up.
